Vendida/Sold 3/23/09

Vendimos uno de los carros que nos quedava, la chevy Venture 2002. Ya no la necesitavamos ya que tenemos la Sienna que compramos el año pasado. Fue un poco triste venderla ya que la hemos tenimos por 5 años. Beyonce estaba triste y yo tambien, pero al ver la felicidad de la familia que la compro convirtio esa tristeza en alegria al saber que ara feliz a otra familia mas. Oh y lo clave que vendio la camineta fue el DVD player y el hecho que es para 8 pasajeros, El sr que la compro tiene 5 hijos 1 en camino.

We sold 1 of the cars we had left, the Chevy Venture 2002. We didn't needed anymore since we purchased the Sienna last year. It was a little bit sad to sell it cause we have had it for 5 years. Beyonce was sad and I was too, but to see the happiness of the other family that was purchasing it, turned that sadness into happiness to see that it was making someone else happy. Oh the thing that sold it was the DVD player and the fact that you can fit 8 people in it, the purchaser has 5 kids and 1 on the way.

Signature/Firma

Jajaja despues de un largo rato pude lograr agregar mi firma. After a wile of many failed attempts I was able to add a signature to my blog.

Gym 03/08/09

Por fin empeze el gimnasio, dicidir en ir me a costado tanto pero lo hize. El primer dia fue durizimo, llegue a la casa tan cansanda que ni podia con mi amal. Como ir a hacer maquinas no me llama mucho la atencion, decidi ir a diferentes classes todas las noches, es mas conveniente para mi y los niños. Los lunes son classes de Zumba. Oh y mi peso ahorita es de 283 lbs.

So finally I started the gym, make the decision to go its been hard but I did. The first day was so hard, I got home so tired. Since I don't like to do machines, I decided to do different classes each night, its more convinient for the kids an me. Mondays its Zumba night. Oh and my weight its 283 lbs.

New sink/Fregadero nuevo 3/8/09

Wil y yo decided cambiar el fregadero por que era tan fastidioso lavar cosas grande. El dijo que podia hacerlo solo asi que una vez mas confie en el y lo deje que lo hiziera. Le costo un poco y despues de unos cuandos viajes a home depot termino. El fregadero nuevo esta buenisimo, me encanta por lo grande que es. Gracias amol.

Wil and I decided to change the sink because it was a pain to wash large things in it. He said he could do it on his own so i truested him one more time and let him do it. He had a hard time and after a couple of trips to homedepot he did it, he finished. The new sink its great, I love it cause its bid. Thanks my love.

Motivation and commitment/Motivaciony compromiso

Los que me an conocido desde chiquita saben que siempre e sido gordita, y que siempre e tratado de perder peso. Yo habia decidido que al empezar el año nuevo iva a empezar a hacer ejercicio y hacer dieta junto con Wilmer. La parte es que so floja, muy pero muy floja, y si empezamos a comer mejor, Wilmer empezo a ir al gimnacio pero yo no. En el viaje a Washingto decided que al regresar iva a empezar hacer ejercio. Tambien me motivo un programa que se llama el mas grande perdedor (the biggest looser), al ver personas de mi mismo peso, perdiendo tanto peso que me hizo darme cuenta que si se puede y que si quiero, si puedo tambien. Tristemente despues de llegar me enferme y deverdad q no pude ir. Una semana despues de sentirme mejor y despues de pensarlo tanto, me decided y me comprometi con migo misma que era hora de emperazar, no mas escusas ni flojeras.

***The ones who know me since I was little, know that I have always been fat and that I've tried to loose weight. My new years resolution was to start a diet and go to the gym with Wilmer. The thing is that I'm really leasy, really really leasy, so we started to eat healthier, Wilmer started to go to the gym but not me. On my trip to Wa I decided that when I returned I would start to exercise. I also got motivated by the biggest looser, to see how people with my same weight, loosing so much weight that it made me realize that it is possible and that if I want, I can do it too. Sadly I got so sick after getting back that I couldn't do anything. After a whole week I was finally feeling better and after thinking about it a lot, I've decided and committed with my self that its time to start, no more excuses.

No camara

Para q sepan mi camara se rompio en el aeropuerto cuando veniamos de regreso, asi que no hay camara mientras la arreglan.

Oh fyi my camara broke on the airport on our way back, so no camara until it gets fixed.

Welcome home/Bienvenidos a casa

Cuando llegamos Wilmer nos recivio con una cena deliciosa, nos hizo pasticho. Estaba divino y a todos nos encanto. Gracias mi amol por la comida, etaba divina.

When we got home Wilmer welcomed us with a delicious dinner, he made lasagna. It was awasome and we all loved it. Thanks my love for the food, it was great.

Good bye

5 dias pasaron super rapido, todos la pasa bien, nos divertimos mucho y aprendimos mucho. El momento de irnos llego, y para unos fue dificil decir hasta pronto. Mi pobre Kevin no queria dejar a James, Beyonce iva a estranar a sus primas Y yo me centia triste de despirme de Francys. Porsupesto las 2 lloramos, con tristeza me tenia que regresar, pero teniamos que hacerlos ya que nos esperaban en casita con mucha emocion. En el camino al aeropuerto tome unas ultimas fotos del lago, estaba igual de hermoso y necesitaba tener esa ultima imagen para que cuando algun dia regresaramos otra vez.

Al llegar al aeropuerto en Seattle, los ninos estaban mucho mejor, contentos de regresar a casita con papi y el resto de la familia. SOBRE TODO CON PAPI, como nos hizo falta. Despues de chequearnos teniamos que esperar una 2 horas antes de que nuestro vuelo saliera, lo bueno fue que adentro tenia un parquesito para ninos (que buena idea, nunca habia visto uno), asi que hay estuvimos un buen rato antes de partir. La hora de irnos llego y casi que nos deja el avion de lo distraidos que estavamos en el aeropuerto. En el avion los ninos se portaron de lo mejor.

HAPPY FACE, ellos saben de lo que estoy hablando.

5 Days when by so fast, we all had a great time, we had fun and learned a lot. It was time to leave, for some it was hard to say good bye. My poor Kevin didn’t want to leave James and Beyonce didn’t want to leave her cousins and I felt so sad to say good bye to Francys. Of course we both cried, with sadness I had to return to home, but we had to do it since they were waiting for us with lots of excitement. On the way to the airport I took some photos of the lake, it was beautiful like always and I needed that last image for when we may returned some day.

When we got to the airport in Seattle, the kids were a little bit better, they were happy to go back home and to see daddy and the rest of the family. OVERALL FOR DADDY, we missed him so much. After we checked in we had to wait about 2 hours for our flight to leave, the good thing was that they had a small playground for the kids to play in (great idea, which I have never seen before), so we spent the time there until we had to leave. Time to leave came and the plane almost left us because we were so distracted in the airport. The kids did awesome on the plane.

Last Day in Wa/El ultimo dia en Wa

El ultimo dia Francys nos llevo al parque para que los ninos jugaran y se distrayeran un rato, fue de lo mejor, ellos si se divirtieron demasiado. Despues nos llevo a caminar y a ver las cascadas, el panorama era bellisimo, claro que solo ivamos a ver las cascadas y Francys nos termino haciendo caminar por casi 2 millas. Mis ninos y yo estabamos super cansandos por que no estamos acostumbrados a esas caminatas, pero nos encanto.

On the last dia Francys took us to the park so the kids could play for a little bit, it was great, they had so much fun. After that we went for a walk to see the waterfall, the view was beautifull, of course we were only going to see the waterfall and Francys ended up making us walk for about 2 miles. My Kids and me were so tire cause we are not used to walking so much, but we loved it.

Dia de limpieza/Cleaning day 2.28.09

El dia antes de irnos los muchachos tuvieron que ayudar con las tareas de la casa antes de poder salir, los mios normalmente no hacen tareas de la casa asi que se divirtieron un podo haciendolo, y Beyonce apredio a limpiar la poceta.

The day before we left the kids had to do some chores before we could leave the house, mine kids don't usually do chores at the house so they had some fun doing it, and Beyonce learned how to clean the toilet.

Bellingham, WA- Feb 27,2009

En el tercer dia Francys decicio hacer una torta de banana con chocolate, una vez mas los ninos se divirtieron muchisimo ayudando a hacerla, quedo divina - Gracias Francys. Los niños jugaron a la cocinar despuer, se divirtieron mucho. Las niñas despues se fueron a jugar afuera en la nieve.

On the 3rd, Francys decided to make chocolate chip banana bread, one more time the kids had so much fun helping out, it was great - Thanks Francys. The girls then when out side to play in the snow.

Desde que llegamos la hemos pasado muy bien, los ninos se an divertido muchisimo. Francys hizo galletas y los ninos se divitieron mucho ayudandola.Ayer despues de que llegamos empezo a nevar, no nevo mucho solo unas 3 pulgada, pero fue sificiente para que se cayeran unas remas de arboles en los cables de la electricidad y por esto se fue la luz. Estovimos sin luz hasta las 6pm mas omenos, pero apezar de no tener electricidad la pasamos bien. Robert nos llevo en una caminata cerca de la casa hacia el lago, cuando llegamos lago me quede con la boca habierto de lo hermosa que era, una vista preciosa. Gracias Rob.

We had a great time since we got there, the kids had so much fun. Francys made homemade cookies and the kids enjoyed helping her out. After we got here it started to snow, not a lot, only about 3" but it was enough for the branches to fall causing the power lines to break and the power to go out. We were with out no power until about 6 pm aprox, but even do their was no power we had a great time. Rob decided to take us on a walk close to the house towards the lake, when we got there I was shocked, the lake is beautiful, it has a great view. Thanks Rob
